How do I check my balance?
Open your 714 Points card in Apple Wallet or Google Wallet. Your balance updates after each purchase.
How do I turn points into store credit?
When you reach 100 points we email you a reward link. Open it, or tap your wallet card, and turn 100 points into $5 store credit. You do this step yourself. Staff can't do it for you.
Do my points or credit expire?
No. Points and store credit don't expire right now.
Can I earn points at a kiosk?
Yes. When the kiosk asks for your name or phone number, enter the phone number you joined with.
Do online pickup orders earn points?
Yes. Order with the same email you used to join and your points are added automatically.
How do I use my credit at K-Shop?
At checkout, enter your store credit code in the gift card box. The code is in your store credit email and on your store credit wallet card.
